Never had "remember selections" turned on. Yet, it's always remembering selections. Oo! Got a reply - well here's a response. Used the app for half a decade. The setting has never been turned on always "greyed out." Phone has been restarted, I've logged out/logged in, shaken it, blown into the cartridge.. still remembers selections. Didn't use the app for 2 months, logged in, & selections from two months prior are remembered. Less time towards replying to reviews. More time to the programmers. Edited

it's rare the systems actually load and work on the employee side. it's a great app when it works. It almost always doesn't work though. I can load into my account but then it shows error message after error message about how it can't load my paystubs, pay history, or any other aspect of the app. maybe 1/10 times does the app work and function as it should.

Great app! Great design, very convenient and I absolutely love how it gives you options based on recent activity. If I fail to clock out when I leave, it somehow Knows my activity and gives me a chance to clock out when I should have. I love how quick it tells me when I'm being paid too! All around, everything I've needed, it's had. I'd give this app 6 stars if I could.

app is buggy on android specifically. supposed to allow upload of up to 8 pictures at a time but fails if I try to do more than 2. I hate having to give location access all the time. the app claims it only collects location data when clocked in. It pings my location off the clock frequently. well after I've checked out and even on holidays. it also often auto clocks me out when it thinks I've left the job. if I could rate it negative 1 star I would. this app is one reason I just left my job. Our goal is for you to upload multiple pictures with ease, Michael. Please log out, restart your device, and sync data (More > Settings > Sync Data). This app is horrible. The number of times I've tried to log in and either clock in on time or to view my schedule it keeps redirecting me to the website. Then it sends me back to the app. I'm so disappointed. A frustrating experience. At least customer service is nice enough and always helpful. Just a water if everyone's time. Disappointed. ADP was so much better.
