it's fine. I'd say this app is geared more towards beginners. I'm not a fitness expert or anything, but the workouts are time-based. The key to seeing results is progressive overload, where you gradually increase reps or weight each week. With this app, it's a bit tricky to track that progress since it just gives you the workout and timer to go with. Overall, it's a decent app, but personally, I shelled out money for it and now I'm thinking I should've just stuck to a free one.

It's hard finding an app that is a program you can just follow and actually meets what you are trying to accomplish. This I think is currently best on the market for weight training. It puts a program together using dumbbells only, and it's good. Shows you videos on how to do the moves. If you have a bench, that's even better. I've used their Lose Weight App for a few years to great improvements (added my own mods. in time). Looking forward to this App to do equivalent for gaining strength.

This workout app has changed my life. I have seen great results and the exercises are great. I opted for the 6 month to try and I absolutely love it. Will be renewing it again after that. Boosted my confidence, changed my appearance, and people are recognizing the work I went through nothing feels better than that. I highly recommend this app for your workout needs, if you don't want to go to pay money at a gym and have a limited setup such as just dumbells. Hard work and dedication pays off. Edited

The best workout at-home app you can have. Forget illustrations, it's a real person demonstrating and working out with you. I tried 8-different apps since COVID and they are good but not in all aspects compared to this one. Very customizable, great voice coach, great link to SPOTIFY, great timer, downloadable routines, excellent resolution. It only needs a warm-up routine and then it's perfect but hey, we all can do jumping Jacks for 45-60 secs to get going.💪👍 Edited

So relieved to have found this app. I spent the last week trying half a dozen workout apps, since NTC started sucking. LifeBuddy has the features that are critical to me: the ability to preview the exercises, skip a move that doesn't suit me, timers for the moves and workout, a video clip demonstration, and it runs from preloaded data, not a streaming video.
