This game is clunky and bugged. You cannot access any of the help pages, 'page failed to load.' After I confirmed my email address, it would not let me login as it was 'invalid.' There was no way to continue or go back on a page, and it sent me to the 'classic' version (webpage.) After closing and reopening the app, it was still stuck on the same page. This was the Equestrian center unlock. It's very frustrating to spend so much time without reward. Great game, but the bugs ruined everything.

Hello Alex, indeed for the moment you need to use the classic version to do this step of the tutorial and create your equestrian center, but once it's done you will be able to access your center from the app, thanks for your understanding. Juliette

It's an ok game, but the prices are outrages, it's hard to get enough Equus and passes together to be able to buy anything, and to finish any of the events, it requires you to use real money to buy something. It's a disappointment 😞. And there is NO contact support, you complain about a problem and it gets ignored. They only help to top real money spenders who play, the rest don't matter to them. Save yourself the disappointment and trouble and don't play this game. Edited

Game wouldnt let me continue after the tutorial, and I don't remember giving it a email to use and I never receive any confirmation email. I've checked every email I have. So its like make a new account on the computer i guess? I wouldn't be so upset if it didn't take FOREVER to do anything. and that's only if your lucky enough to buy a horse at action. I FINALLY got to the point where I could actually play the game and it pulls this! Just shameful. Edited

Good game but the app runs terribly. Constantly freezing, loads slowly, and randomly logs me out. I have to restart the app just to play several times each session. I've reinstalled, cleared cache, etc and nothing has helped. It's been like this for years. It's getting worse over time. Not to mention that there are options/features you literally cannot access without using the desktop version. Edited

Ubisoft: Why is this game still available & you removed Horsehaven World Adventures? It was good, clean fun without shooting someone or other types of violence in so many of the games. I am an older woman but enjoyed it as an escape that was one of those "feel good" games & found all of the different activities within the game helpful for not getting bored of it. It's harder & harder to find games that don't involve some type of violence & it saddens me. This game is ok, but gets boring quickly.
