I love this game. Animation and feel is fantastic, love the options. Mostly, I love the support I received from the developer, who patiently answered all my questions. Officially my favorite game. The latest round of improvements are wonderful! Now you can play at different levels! I tried to make a donation, developer said "no, thank you." how rare is that? It can feel like the AI has an advantage, I kept track for 100's of games, starting cards, etc. It does even out. "Law of Large Numbers". Edited

Visually this game is great and the controlsv are simple and intuitive. The frustration is with the computer players. I'm not horrible at Hand and Foot but I've only won 9 out of 25 games. The opponents play beautifully. Your partner is horrible though. Uncle Nick, this is an amazing first game! Congratulations! Please consider making a 2 player variant though so I can go 1v1 with the CPU and it will stop aggravating me. Still completely worth the money and I'd buy again. Edited

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback Stephen, I really appreciate it! I've started working on a 1v1 mode, and I'll update the game around Feb 1st. The computer players are all the same strength, but the opponents may have an edge by having the same strategy. If you have any other issues, please reach out at
[email protected] :)

I played Hand and Foot with my grandparents growing up. Recently due to health they are no longer able to sit at a table long enough to play. It instantly made me want to play all the more with a growing nostalgia. I searched high and low for a hand and foot app. It seemed hopeless until I came across this one. I was unsure about paying for it. but I'm glad I did! I've played over 50 games since. Other than a few rules that are different from the way we played, it is perfect! Highly recommend!!!

This game is great however it is really unfair. For example, the opponents are completing canatas before you get a chance to play your first card. Another is, everyone will be using their foot almost immediately while half the time I can't get into my foot at all. Also, The AI ALWAYS HAS REALLY GOOD CARDS. The deck is stacked in definite favor of the AI, so much so I am seriously thinking about uninstallling. Edited

Thanks for the feedback! While Canasta Hand and Foot can feel unfair at times because of bad card draws, this app is programmed with a fair deck, shuffled randomly each round. There's absolutely no cheating or deck stacking. I hope you give it another chance, but I totally understand if it's not for you.

If you like to lose continually and the other team always seems to have an unfair advantage, this is the game for you . In many hands, the foot is not emptied on your team before the other team goes out after playing 10 hands and winning two out of the 10, there appears to be unfair bias. I do play the 3/4 game as well local tournament games, so I don't see myself as a neophyte. As a statistician, I can attest that the game shows a definite bias for the AI team. Edited

Thanks for playing Canasta Hand and Foot. The neat thing about this game is that it incorporates elements of both luck and skill. I'm sorry that you seem to be missing one. :,)
