This app sucks. It constantly freezes and won't allow me to access any client information. Certain sections of the profile won't allow me to record and locks up the app, but other parts work. It won't give the client phone number until I've made the first calls through the app... but the app calling feature doesn't work. So if I don't contact the client in a certain amount of time I lose the lead.

The app will not allow me to view what I'm typing, and other bugs/errors. I have to do everything from the desktop version. In addition to the bugs; so far we haven't received any legitimate leads that materialized from this site after prompt follow-up, and being a highly experienced broker. The referral fees seem very high too, as well as the agents commissions needing to be lowered to compete with the discount level agents. Would love to update this review once improvements have been made

It constantly turns the away status back off. You put the dates in that you are unavailable & it saves it for about 1 week then it turns you back on as available. You will start getting leads, but since you are not available & you can't attend to the leads it brings your rating down. Other than that working with UpNest leads is great.

They disable your vacation and away status on the app and website so they keep sending you referrals, even if you're not able to take any new clients at that moment. If you don't respond, your rankings drop and you don't get any new referrals when you are able to ramp back up.

Buggy app. Again, it's not working. Just had an Android update the other day, maybe that was it. All my other apps are fine. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra. Cleared data and cache, uninstalled, reinstalled, now just hangs on startup.
