I'm not one to play a game more than once; mostly since knowing what is going to happen and many of the puzzle answers makes repeat play unappealing to me. But, this game is one I found myself playing through more than once. (fourth time, now.) I enjoy the calming play and optical illusionary puzzles I have not seen well implemented elsewhere. 11/10. Despite the years that have passed since I first played, Monument Valley still stands as one of my all-time favorite puzzle based game.

I really enjoyed playing this game! It was more than a game, it was an experience. The puzzles were unique with just the right amount of difficulty, and the music fit extremely well (which tbh I usually play with games on mute). And the story was mysterious and brief but kept me wanting to know more and continue to play get the next piece of the story.

Gorgeous design, both graphically and sonically. The puzzles are unique, satisfying to solve, and the perfect level of difficulty. Couldn't really follow the story but it is still nice to have a narrative element, especially one that isn't terribly intrusive. The story seems more-or-less optional, which is perfect for a mobile game IMHO, especially since the atmosphere is already so rich.

This is more than a game. It's an experience. The musical sounds are captivating. The visuals beyond anything I've seen before. The levels are challenging but doable. Ida, the princess, who travels through the levels, looks simple. But somehow, she grabbed my heart and took me on an emotional journey. To every member of the development team, thank you!

Can't believe I didn't think to look 4 MV 4 my phone till now. Mayb perfect timing 4 needed relaxing. Played on my tablet multiple times. Such gorgeous visuals; as an artist, & former graphic designer; it's *so joyful* to see the Creativity! Lovely music, cool sound effects. Even humor at times. Clever puzzles. Ida's poignant story. New characters she meets. I even forget some moves between revisits, so a little surprise to refigure them. Highly recommended. Will get MV2 4 my phone as well.
