Purchased the PER013 - Quartet expecting what was on the website, 4 layouts (That is why it is called the Quartet). But there is only 1 layout. I emailed Persona directly 5 days ago. The colors are nice but I expected as advertised. 1st Update - Seller did reply, 4 layouts are only available with a Tizen OS which is not compatible with Galaxy Watchs 5 or newer. I have a Galaxy 6, requesting a refund. 2nd Update - dropping to one star... I have not received a refund or credit or BOGO as promised. Edited

Having a bit of trouble getting on my watch. I have 3 other faces from Persona and never had a problem installing. I read from other reviews and will wait to see if I just need to give it a moment. By far best watch faces!

Doesn't work and got no response from the seller even even though they ask you to reach out to them first. I missed the window I guess for a refund I no longer see that as an option. If you make the same mistake and purchase it and it doesn't work take the refund asap

Very pleasant looking design, I like placement of different elements/complications only thing I wish is more options to change hands (shape and color change would be nice)

I bought this app it would not install on my phone or watch so I got a refund and purchased it again it still won't install on my phone or the watch. I have purchased the persona apps before with never a problem. Edited

Please open our application on your phone (comes with the watch face) and follow the instructions.
Alternatively, install the watch face directly from the watch: search "PER013" from Play Store on the watch and hit on the install button.
