One of my fav's, however, a problem has appeared since the last update. Complications 3 &4, when left "blank" in the customization setup (in order to display the *fixed* options of distance and heart rate), do not stick. That is to say, when the watch is powered off and back on again, they have to be reconfigured each time. Otherwise, a great watch face.

UPDATE: The issue seems to be the watch itself, so I have updated my rating. I absolutely adore this face, but I noticed over the weekend that it was counting my steps while charging. Imagine my surprise to see I had taken almost 60k in steps 🤣. I changed the face to another template, and it stopped. So I'm not sure what the deal is exactly. Super sad bc this was one of my favs! Edited

Love the unusual styling choice, love the customizable color of the time digits and especially the vast array of shortcuts! Many watchfaces made by AWF, although brilliant, often force one to choose between alarm calendar or another useful shortcut but this one has alarm/calendar and even settings shortcuts baked-in, it could use one more complication (for a timer) but I'm happy either way, it's still pretty damn amazing! Thank you!

Update: I found the problem, this watch has a mode called theater mode, if this mode is on, you can't turn off the wake up alarm. Hi Support Team, I have Problem with all your watch faces. If I use the "Alarm", there is no way to stop it. The only way is to restart the watch. I have a "Ticwatch Pro 3". It happened only with your watch faces and i don't have problem with Original watch faces. Can you help me please. Edited

Really like this watch face, looks great Unfortunately the bpm dosnt want to register on my face for some reason, which sort of spoils the effect of the owl face. Edit...Great, fast support thankyou for doing everything you can to solve this minor problem. Again the owl face looks great. Edit...rebooted watch and everything is working absolutely fine now, looks great and will have no hesitation in buying watch faces again in future from this maker, I have updated now to 5 stars. Hi Mike, thanks for your feedback! Please ensure that "sensors" permission is enabled for this watch face under settings > apps > permissions. Then tap on heart rate to initiate first measurement.
