I am a bit confused, at the stage which I have downloaded the app, there is not option for install this on my watch. Edit: it still doesn't work I tried it on browser? Rest of your watch faces work find except this one Edited

Hi, try to open the play store page in a browser desktop :) You will be able to see the install on watch button. Sometimes is not available from the play store app.
