That's a relatively common bug in Wear OS, something to do with font cache.
A font from a random watch face can sometimes appear in another watch face.
The best solution is to change watch faces, clear all recent apps, reboot the watch, and then reapply the face.
Everything should load correctly after this.
In case it doesn't, reinstall the face.
