Love it, however... the heart rate doesn't work. I tried everything you have posted about and I still cannot get it to work. If that worked then I would give 5 stars. I do wish you could customize all the complications but that's ok. UPDATE: I checked in permissions as you suggested and there was nowhere to 'allow' anything, so restarted my watch and then it gave me the option to 'allow permission. This fixed the heart rate issue. Edited

Have you accepted the permissions of the sensors? Settings - Apps - Permissions - Digital Rose Gold 2. However, make sure you are wearing the watch correctly on your wrist. The watch face does an automatic scan every 30 minutes, by tapping on the heart icon you will see a red LED on the icon and it will start the measurement in the background.

I've been looking for a face that clearly shows the day & date and I've finally found it! You can add 4 complications as well as the 5 that are seen in the images above. Even with all this, the icons are clear & the face isn't cluttered at all. The colour options are more muted than I expected, but I quite like that

It used to work and I loved it. I switched to the s22 ultra and I can no longer get it to install on my s4 active watch. I tried to Uninstall it and reinstall, turn off and on both phone and watch. No longer works. ---- Update: I had to install the playstore on my watch and reinstall the app through my watch for it to work. It's back! Edited

Not everything works. The design is beautiful and it would be perfect, but the calendar shortcut doesn't work, it actually doesn't even appear on the screen. The heart rate doesn't measure continuously I have to physically push the button to measure; I have it set up so that it measures always, so that's not the problem. Is there a way to fix this?

I'm glad you like the design, thank you! I updated the watch face and the calendar shortcut was removed because instead of it, I added a button to add weather. But I have added more custom shortcuts where you can add the calendar. As for the heartbeats, the watch face measures automatically every 30 minutes, to save battery. Sorry and thank you!

What a beautiful watch design so gorgeous so many color options. Excellent details makes for a very crystal clear viewing. Nice information placement make it easy to read and see with no problem. Absolutely beautiful AOD. Definitely recommend this and all other sellers designs.
