Did I get ripped off? I am attempting to install this watch face and it is not happening. I read the installation instructions repeatedly. I apparently paid for this face twice. And still, nothing

I'm so sorry and please, go to the watch face page on the store and tap the down arrow next to "Available on more devices". 1. Select "your watch" and tap install. 2. Long-tap on your current watch face. 3. Swipe left and select "Add watch face". For more support:

Love it! The BPM did not work for me right away, but be sure to update your permissions and restart. Once I did that, it worked. Edited

Did you accept the sensor message after installation? If not, this may be why it is not working. Please check that everything is enabled in Settings (watch) - App - Permissions - "Digital Rose Gold 4". If you need to enable it, do so and then restart the watch.
