Sorry for your problems. The reason why it won't install it that your watch is not compatible with Wear OS watchfaces. Compatibility: This watch face is compatible with Wear OS version 5.0 and above, and API level 34. Unless your watch meets this level of compatibility it will not work as stated in the information on the play store.
