How to check your heart rate. 1. Set a watch face other than the one you purchased 2. Set the watch face you purchased 3. Grant permission 4. With the watch on your wrist 5. Touch the heart rate number and wait for a while. (Displayed with a red line during heart rate measurement) 6. When the measurement is completed, check the heart rate
