How, I haven't a clue, but a new Galaxy Watch stopped working, & required a factory reset, immediately after downloading this face. That can't be a coincidence. Shame, but I'd avoid. Be careful.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Have you tried resetting the watch face to factory settings and reinstalling it? We need to check if this is a temporary issue. We sell over a hundred watch faces, all developed with the same development tools. Other faces are fine. It could be a hardware or wearOS firmware conflict.
