Purchasing & downloading a Matteo Dini watchface is a beautiful thing and he never disappoints as evidenced with his latest. Slight issue initially downloading this one, reached out & he immediately responded with a speedy update, couldn't ask for more. Watch is unique, looks good, and I like it, regardless of the too many colors. The only issue I got is the "Heart Rate" measure. It does not work. I have tried as directed "tap on the heart rate, wait a few seconds, the watch face will measure ........etc" I have taped on it fifty time ....no response, still showing "0". What next, is this an isolated issue, or is it common.

Make sure you have allowed the use of the sensors when installed the watchface otherwise swap with another watch face and then come back to this to enable the sensors.
If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall the watch face (making sure to enable the sensors when prompted).

Repurchased and found that after install from phone, had to click + on watch, and find the face that way. Then it installed. Hope that helps others. Seller probably should have responded that way. This watch is not like previous generations. Edited

I had one of their watch faces on my old watch which I really liked. They have some great designs. I reached out to find out how to add a Floor count to one of their newer watch faces & they responded quickly and with links. Really like this developer!

Not able to install, not refreshing also. Waste of money. Theres no problem with my phone synching with my watch. I am able to install other watch faces and it works perfectly. Facing problem with your watch face only. Anyway thanks for replying. Edited
