Doesn't count steps all of a sudden. Looks great buy out of the blue the steps don't show up, they're still being tracked by everything else on the watch. Not sure if this is an issue or not for yall. **edit** Had to completely remove the watch face and add it back. Back to 5 stars. Edited

Please check if all sensor permissions are allowed, under Settings - Apps - Permissions - find watch face, tap "Allowed" for all. This can sometimes reset after a large software update, so it's then necessary to re-apply these settings. Device reboot, or just switching watch faces can also help refresh all indicators.

The heart rate part of the watch doesn't work. It's been stuck on 99 for days. I'm pretty sure that my heart rate isn't constantly 99! When I go in to the heat rate app on the watch it's working perfectly and shows my real heart rate. The notifications also keeps showing old messages even after I have deleted them.

Please note that heart rate indicator is independent from other health apps. You need to tap it while wearing the watch, and it will measure and refresh your BPM. This will be updated to measure constantly in the future. Notifications have nothing to do with the watch face, this can only be an issue with individual app settings or Wear OS itself.

I'm now having trouble getting it to show up on my watch. It worked before but after an update that forced me to reset my watch so it would connect to my phone, the watch face doesn't show up but it says it's installed. I'm so confused. Update: I figured that my watch was connected to the wrong googleplay account which was keeping it from installing. Plus, it will also only install when the watch can connect to wifi. Even if the phone has internet the watch won't. Edited

Thanks for the update, it's good to know everything works now. We're sorry that you've experienced issues with installation and connectivity. We can't influence how the watch software behaves, so if you'd like to report any issues with watch behavior you can contact Samsung Support. Bug reports help minimize future issues with updates etc. Thanks!

5/5 and totally worth the money, this watch face gives so much info that you don't have to take the time to scroll for, as well as the 4 personalized shortcut buttons that are just the icing on the cake. Not to mention, it just looks absolutely mystical on the black Galaxy Watch5.

its a solid dial, i love it, Got it a day ago. Its very unique and it shows well, The only issue is the fact that the dial does not rescale. if you have a Galaxy watch5 for example, its smaller and doesn't reach fully around the face of the watch other than that, its good.

Thank you for your kind support and feedback. The outer ring is intentionally a few pixels away from the screen edge. This allows just enough space for the animated perticles to reach outside of the ring, as well as achieving the ring "glow" effect, all of which make the layout appear more three-dimensional almost. Hopefully this helps.
