Watch face doesn't look like pictures. Snowflake icons are so tiny and dim you can barely see them. Also, Christmas trees are super tiny and slanted not straight as shown. I thought I purchased wrong app at first. Disappointing. Good thing, time and shortcuts are bright and clear.

Please, turn OFF and turn ON the WiFi on your watch then, go to the watch face page on the store and tap the down arrow next to "Available on more devices". 1. Select "your watch" and tap install. 2. Long-tap on your current watch face. 3. Swipe left and select "Add watch face". For more support:
