Thank you very much :) . Just long press in watch on watchface. customization menu will appear 1st option is color. You can simply select any color also red. Please note due to a wear os bug sometimes when changing in menu a single change sometimes misses registration . Just repeat as mentioned above. Or change 2 x options at a time.
