I can't emphasize enough how unfriendly this is to use. They build a good advertisement, but the application is not intuitive at all. We got it for our venue, in which we need to have volunteers running the clock, and we simply can't train volunteers on this day of. Definitely do not use this if there is any chance of day of registration. And no, refunds don't exist despite what you may read online. It's essentially a scam, just an overpriced stopwatch.

We recommend pre-race testing to make sure there are no surprises on race day. The app does get some time to get used to - so we'd caution against handing the app to an untrained volunteer minutes before the race. We provide free support in case you get stuck at

Great app. Does what it needs to do. 2 requests: 1. We need a much bigger tap area and preferrably at the bottom. This will ease single hand use on a phone and prevent tap missing when we keep our eyes on our runners. 2. Not sure if this is possible in Android, but if the app can prevent screen timeout/lock/sleep, that would be great. I know I can set it globally, but would it prefer to be an app setting.

A neccessary tool to register for races online but the app does absolutely nothing for you. Even though you create and account and use it to register for races or view the results, the app does not track races that you register in, and does not track your results. Why?! There are tutorials that tell you how to do these things yourself but the app is basically the opposite of intuitive so I didnt even bother reading any of them.

The app is designed for organizers timing races - not as a registration tool. If you are signing up for races on Webscorer, you can create yourself a racer profile on the Webscorer website. Races in which you participate will then automatically be added to your racer profile.

Absolutely love this app as well as the partner website. I don't know what I'd do without it. Real humans are available to help with any issues (even the ones caused by the human interface).
