EDIT: ads are too frequent now and cost far too much to stop seeing. It also takes way too long to earn money for upgrades. ORIGINAL: It's an addicting and fun game. I do really enjoy it. I like that there are no forced ads, but you can choose to watch ads to help progress things in the game. I don't understand the point of continuing to earn income on completed inns when that income is only usable for that one inn. Edited

wth is up with the ads lately? they open apps without you even touching the phone, which restarts the game when you go back so you don't even get the reward, ad was free credit for the dev but a waste of your own time btw any phone that has a factory "content manager" interacts worth this predatory ad and downloads what it is bc it thinks you want it this is really creepy, please vet your ads better. you already have ads on the game at all, including pop ups w/o permission, that's bad enough

Buggy, no support! No updates. I've had a support ticket in for 12 days with NO RESPONSE after the game just randomly restarted, losing all my progress. Who would continue playing this game? I liked it, but it was obviously a skin over another idle hotel. Still, I played. Now I check in once a day just to see how long they'll ignore my plea for help.

About every 3rd ad I watch the game crashes. It crashes at the end so I don't get the reward. I have to watch another 60sec ad that I have seen the past many times I have watched ads. It's very ad driven but the payout for the ad is not worth watching because it will crash.

The game itself is good, I won't dispute that. The low rating is because of the ridiculous nature of the adverts. The vast majority are between 75 and 90 seconds long and require multiple stages to exit. That is insane for a mobile game and when balanced out, takes up 3/4 of the overall game experience. The pricing to get rid of adverts is sometimes twice as expensive as some console games. Adverts should be 30 seconds MAX, and shouldn't impact overall gaming experience.
