inconsistent. doesn't always pull data from other apps (sleep results especially). data is often incorrect, i.e. citing current data as baseline. I have the premium and cannot figure out how to cancel.edited to add, I've checked all connections. it works properly 90% of the time which leads me to believe it's not a set up issue. If you're ok with 90%accuracy you'll probably be happy with this app. for sleep the app literally takes my current sleep time and calls it the baseline. every single day Edited

Great tracking, but borderline fear-mongering to sell subscriptions. Great for tracking BP, but beware the scare tactics. App often flags normal readings as “alarming” to push premium features. If you have low diastolic or high pulse pressure, even if you feel fine, it’ll act like it’s a crisis. Can cause anxiety if you don’t know better. Use it to log data, but trust your doctor — not red icons and panic alerts.

I was kind of leery of this app when I started seeing the same comments, like the same kind of pep talks the same stress levels and duplicate lectures. now it's time to cancel and guess what there's no way to do it, and no where to do it so don't waste your money unless you like apps that won't let you cancel and feed you BS everyday. Half the time it wouldn't even tell me what was going on like it was supposed to.

Actionable information! Lets me know where my health, energy and stress levels are, and this helps me adjust my activities for the day to take advantage of strong days or compensate in response to stress or the need for more recovery. It even clued me in that I was relapsing from an illness, so I was able to be seen by my doctor and get right back on track. If I only had one health app, this would be it! But, it also integrates with many other apps to incorporate that data into their analysis.

I was intrigued by the app during the free trial and upgraded to continue to evaluate it and see if I can use it effectively to improve my health. I'm not sure yet, but since upgrading the app has been nagging incessantly to upgrade the next level. It is incredibly irritating and tells me something I don't like about the dev. I want to keep using for the remaining subscription but I don't want to reward this constant nagging. I want an opt out or something to make it stop or I'll uninstall.
