I got the base set because I love the physical Star Realms card game and have a couple expansions. This app, however, was a waste of money. The app runs poorly and the game is poorly designed. Whereas Star Realms is quick and satisfying with meaningful strategy, this game slogs for turn after turn and winning never really feels like you had much to do with it. If these are the same cards as the physical release then I'm not going to buying it. Very disappointing.

This is a single match deck building game where you and an opponent take turns drafting cards from a central pool. Note that the free version available is basically a demo. There are no ads, but most of the classes, cards, and features are locked behind a single $9.99 us fee. The game is fun enough in the short run but the limited selection of pool cards and game options in the free version grows stale very quickly. Recommend checking it out but I was never tempted to pay to keep playing.

Loved the game till the latest update which broke it. Update wouldn't install, so I uninstalled the game and installed it fresh, that looked like it was gonna work, logged in, tried to start a match. None of the cards would load. All invisible. Tried restarting. Then uninstalled again and now it won't install at all. Sucks cuz I liked this game and paid to unlock stuff and now I can't even play it anymore.

Both me and my wife love this game. We have both the app and the physical copy. The game plays good, although the matchmaking is very uneven. I can't seem to get past silver 1 but I'm almost always fighting gold and diamond people, so SBMM is our of the window. The chance to level up tour character is great, and I like the route they went with allowing you to personalize yourself. However this has also become a problem because of one class, the thief. I'm running out of room but needless it's OP

This is an excellent game with great replayability and extensive multi-player strategy. It's not pay to win and you can jump in and play anytime. This game only gets 4 stars because multi-player is very competitive and on occasion the player timer gets out of sync and ends your turn early. This is extremely frustrating 😤 especially during a close game. A turn ended early pretty much loses you the match. Please fix this!!!!! Otherwise, great job 👍 for an awesome game.
