Just used tokens to play and earn badges...the game froze and when I finally got it back up all progress had been lost and had to start over again. Replaying all while losing what tokens, butterflies, and keys i had accumulated. I am on the 6th round so really can't complain but it does suck to get ripped off of progress. This really is a great game to play and have enjoyed it immensely Edited

Played a few years now. Slow at first; it did take a VERY long time to collect building materials at the start. Now I can jump in, earn points towards the weekly team goal, and leave, all within 5 minutes. Quick escapism. Watching ads is optional and it can easily be played for free. Weekly freebies on website. At the end of the story, you can start over while keeping existing collections. I'm on 5th time! Downsides: they aren't developing it further, and not enough space for decorations. Edited

Great game, but you halt at some point unless you spend money. I'm not spending money... June's Journey, the sister game, is money driven as well, but does allow time to make up for not spending money. I'm almost ready to uninstall. Some ads are scammy and imposing. One that stands out is an ad for fitting rooms into a defined space. Looks ok, but takes you into an impossible to close Google Play Store page. You have to close everything and open back up. Edited

It would be nice if this game gave you more compasses and stopped with the side games, Hometown USA, etc. You can't continuously add stuff if you can't expand the area to put things. I have been playing for weeks trying to get more compasses and nothing. I need 30 you have given 12. I liked the game, but between the compass issue and your friends giving energy that you accept and don't receive. I'm about to be basically done playing this game. It's not worth the frustration.

Easy to learn and play. Buggy as I don't get my energy points. Not a play for free App. Daily coin collection is never accurately accumulated. Decorations are very expensive. It randomly forces the user to complete scenes that have already been completed. Too many subtle restore events occur with this game. The user progress is inaccurate. Clearly a gamble and not a game. Investigative story line is too long, uninteresting and goes off track. Not sure who Pearl is pursuing. Edited
