I downloaded and tried to use it for the first time. It connects to the camera just fine but when I tried to download my video the app closes after a few minutes and says that the app closed because there was a bug. I bought the camera because I was supposed to able to get videos right to my phone. Really disappointed that it isn't working. Edited

The app keeps crashing due to a bug. I have not even had a month with it. If any of my information goes missing or gets access to my info I am blaming this app. Please fix it because the only way to get my pictures is through this darn app. If not, i'm about to go viral and tell everybody not to buy this camera that was developed to use this app. If it gets fixed, I'll promot and put it 25 stars.

Doesnt work most of the time, i think it connected to the camera oncenor twice and cant find it since even though my phone says its connected via its wifi. Which sucks because I bought it for that function. Seeing this alot in the reviews as well. Had i known there was nonfunctioning software I probably would have passed on this camera and might send it back. No customer support from manufacturer or app team. Edited

A little buggy sometimes, but works well for the most part. With the downloading feature, it tends to make my photos come out wider and distorted so I'd say, just Screenshot the photo. Over all, I'm so far pleased with the app.

Hard to connect to wifi. had to use 2.4ghz. wouldn't connect to 5g. So far I've only discovered that it turns my phone into a remote for the camera...great for product photography. Not sure about other features yet....will come back and edit more
