The app was working fine, but now it does not recognize that my subscription auto-renewed on September 21, 2024. Update: Restarting the device fixed the problem on one phone, but not the second one. Both are logged into the same Google account. When I click subscribe, I am forced into a different Google account. 2nd update: Both phones are logged into the Google account that is linked to this review. The subscription renewed again yesterday. Edited

I'll give it a 3 so far. I haven't used it an actual service yet, but there are some pretty good selections on here, but still very limited. What I've heard so far sounds pretty good though. **1 major concern** I DO NOT like that the app is not directly linked to my email or that it doesnt have a direct sign in where it can be accessed frim multiple devices.. I'm concerned that I could potentially lose access if something happens with my phone, I've had this issue before with other apps.

No worries about losing access. As long as you use the same Google ID on all your android devices, you’ll have access on all your android/Google Play devices. Thanks for subscribing and hopefully you enjoy it and upgrade a star or two soon.

I loved this app at first but noticed a few things that change my attitude towards the app. One is that I can only have this app on one device which is frustrating cause I don't just use my phone for service. Another thing is constant bugs and errors which can be very annoying to navigate during a service. Also this app has more options than most sites but for $30 a month there should be more variety. I would give it a 3 so far... They have song instrumentals that you want but can't find on Youtube or other services. The sound quality and musicianship and singers AND mix is great!! Super important and one of the main reasons I picked them over the other apps and sites I researched. But I downloaded it, even paid for the full subscription, but its on my phone. I thought you could get the tracks anywhere. I need to be able to play it from my computer...unless I missed or am missing something, its not possible. Or maybe I can switch devices...? I'm starting to feel like I wasted my money...but I'm hoping to find a better solution though. Hopeful and prayerful... Edited

Yes, you must connect your phone or tablet to the sound system and use it that way. Otherwise, many dishonest users would simply download everything and unsubscribe.

It's unfortunate I've had to change from 5 stars to 2 but this app is extremely frustrating. 1. It's pretty pricey to not work. 2. Bugs and crashes 3. Songs only accessible in the app, so if I'm in an area with limited service this can disrupt the flow of worship. If I have to use my phone for tracks I like to keep the phone on DND or AIRPLANE MODE so there's no incident where distractions can occur.. This is impossible with this app. I've has it for a few years but recently it's gotten bad Edited
