Great Customer support - I was just learning about this product and the app. When I had questions, I got a response within 12 hours of submission which I thought was great seeing as they are most likely on a different time zone than the US. Once I played around with things, I got more familiar with it and my confidence in this app grew. It is easier than I thought to figure out and learn. Based on what I've encountered with only weeks of playing around with, I would highly recommend it

I have the MWE 360 photobooth and is using this software...have did 2 events with it and some of our customers from both events are saying they did not receive their video. We have used both sharing station and auto station and still getting the same problem. Very bad for business. Can you please let me know what I can do differently cause this is not good hence the 2 stars.

Dear users, we have optimized the SMS and email sending functions, and you should never encounter the problem of "customers can't receive sharing link" in the future. If such problems occur again, you can also share the link of event album to your customer, or log in to "pc.chacktok.com" to re-send the sharing link. Thanks for your feedback!

It was a great app, easy to use and responsive. After each unnecessarily UI update its becoming impossible to use. "Back" button from video sharing window gone for some reason, not getting to my gallery without choosing event, no editing videos after they are saved, I just don't understand the reason why removing features is considered update

I have been using this app since it first launched . I am a bonding member. It has come a far way. I do agree that it processes the videos slow which is annoying but each update does imprpve the qulity of this app. I can't wait for the improvement of faster processing. Everything else is amazing . Wouldn't change for free. Edited

4 month free chacktok code does not work and I have not been able to get a response from anyone. I have contacted but it takes a long time for a response for small info them another wait for a response. I had to pay for a 7 day vip membership because I needed to use at an event and it won't even send the video to the recipient. Edited
