Have never given an app 1 star, but this app got worse. It's was already difficult to search for items that are easy to find on their website. And it doesn't synch with their website. So if you add to cart while logged in, items will not appear in app cart. Just tried using app now and it just keeps asking if I'm a robot. I completed 5, to verify I'm not, was finally let on the app. I clicked on something on the top menu and it again asked me if I was a robot. Most annoying app.

I just spent a a few weeks saving "likes" trying to decide on a business card design. I had the card picked out, design all ready in my cart and when I went to Check out it had me verify I was a human twice, then it kicked me out, didn't save my progress and U somehow lost all my likes. Thank you for wasting my time. I'm glad I didn't spend any money. I'll be deleting this app and using something else. They had great designs and a terrible app!

I've used Zazzle before and don't mind the concept but I've had designs disappear (never to be recovered, and upon reaching out to customer service they wanted a screenshot... of what, exactly?). If you work on a saved design there is a chance it gets duplicated instead of updated. And most recently things I flagged with the like button have disappeared. The items I've ordered in the past were of superb quality both in print and material/construction. Just a shame the design function is flawed.

Very glitchy when it comes to uploading photos (even for my profile pic) or editing designs. It's great when it works but more often than not it doesn't work smoothly at all. If the kinks were worked out it would be awesome...like the Canva of products! I'm an entrepreneur so apps like these are so essential for me. Hopefully this gets up & running SMOOTHLY soon.

I feel that the app is difficult at times when editing a project. I kept exiting the edit screen unintentionally and I wish there were more options. I feel like there should be more buttons to make the editing process a little smoother. I like the designs of the thank you cards, but I almost went with another company because the editing of this app and the website is not the most user-friendly option out there.
