Amazing app but there are 2 major components that you have been missing which i feel are the very basic you need to konw . 1 - Instructions by customer eg . Pls add no onions or any allergies. This should be displayed to the chef on KOT kitchen ordering ticket. 2 - customers name . And adding a slot for eg - there should be a reminder for that order and 2 dedicated buttons from ordering pannel which says ASAP (asa soon as possible or MAKE A TIME SLOT )
