Zoho, I'm grateful to have the opportunity to deploy my business on your comprehensive suite of apps. But you have GOT to fix this one. When new Zoho users sign into this app for the first time, it asks for OTP verification...which is what this app does! So its impossible to get in the first time. The trick is to select "Problems Signing In?" when the prompt appears (it can then direct you to SMS verification), but this is not at all intuitive. My associates are very frustrated w/ this app.

Absolute garbage. The same problem every time and they don't fix it. If you are logged into the system already and it kicks you out to force reauthentication, the app never sends a push notification. If you open the app to try the other authentication options, you will be stuck in an endless loop of failures. There is clearly a design flaw here, and they refuse to fix it. From the reviews here, I'm not the only one having this problem.

I am locked out. I have downloaded the app and it wants to do a sms verification. Which I can not receive. Very frustrating. I wish someone could contact me at a different email address. I have reached out to zoho more than once from a different email and have not heard anything back from them. This is my work email and i am missing out on a lot of emails. Please help!!!

Charge fraud. Found my original receipt showing$10 renewal&they charged $34 then argued w/ me about it. Check your invoices & make sure you're not getting ripped off. Got refunded after telling them I was disputing it with the bank. Had my information deleted. Can't delete info here because it requires me to log into the other account that's already closed. Obviously they did not delete all my information since I can still log in reporting to IC3. Too late support! Shouldn't have argued with me. Edited

I am giving this app one star, because the login page does not support pasting a password. I use a password manager to allow myself to use long complicated passwords. It is pathetic that an app that is supposed to make security both easier and better would prohibit a user from pasting a password from a recognized password management software tool. I am going back to using SMS as my two-factor authentication option. Edited
