Imported a photo, and for some odd reason, the app added grids to it. 🤦‍♀️ I wanted extra space above and below the photo, but that was not possible. If the grids hadn't have been added, I could have done a screenshot and imported that image. I need a meme creator that has way more design and customization ability. I uninstalled the app because of those grids added over the image I imported. I am proficient with graphic design software, having designed complex brochures and flyers for 20 years Edited

what's the difference between this version and the meme generator pro version? edit, out of curiosity as I love using your apps for memes and photo editing, is it possible to ask for features? eg deep-fry photos, add blurriness, Photoshop etc etc, like make it into a fully fledged meme artist kind of app. you know what I mean? like when you make a custom meme you have 100% freedom to alter any way possible. although that's if those features are even possible idk I'm not a tech guy unfortunately. Meme Generator will probably never be a full on photo editing app as there are better dedicated video editors which we can't compete with. We're a tiny 4 person company. But we will be adding more features like the ones you're mentioning. We want our app to be powerful, but easy to use as well. Image editors usually aren't that easy to use. Thanks!

It sucks. Nothing new or revolutionary when it comes to meme making. I paid for the pro versions of your other meme and gif apps. You guys have made a few dollars off of me. Gaving said that, if THIS app ever has ads or ever comes with any features that I PAID for in your OTHER apps, I will sue the daylights out of you for fraud. Edited

If you bought the PRO version, there is really no reason to use this version which is still a work in progress. Care to explain what you expected when you downloaded this app? We've released this app, because it's built with Flutter which allows us to publish it to iOS and Android. It's an app meant for iOS, which we simply also added to Android.

It's not a bad app, but it has less features than the standard Meme Generator. I'm not sure what is "plus" about it.

This is a cross platform version of Meme Generator which was primarily developed for iOS. It's still getting new features weekly. It has some new features, but if you use Meme Generator there is no reason to use it. Feel free to contact us at "

Our research shows that the new UI is easier for new users and that most users don't use ALL editing features anyway. This UI also allows us to add more features without cramming everything into a single popup. This app will not substitute the original app. We’re sad to see a 1-star review, especially since you use the old app. Thank you
