Very poorly designed game. The home page is a jumbled hot mess. The puzzles are ridiculously easy. Unlike most games, instead of encouraging players to keep playing, this game flat out ends. You can only solve one puzzle per day, which takes only 5-6 minutes. Then you have to wait until the next day to play again, unless you spend coins. Moreover, my coin balance went from hundreds to 10 overnight. Not sure what happened, not sure I care. uninstalled.

There is an option to gain more coins by downloading other apps and completing a certain levels for a certain amount of coins. I have completed numerous levels on numerous games and have not received my coins. I have tried to report the problem but it won't allow me to do that either. Any assistance would be appreciated and then I would be happy to change my review. Otherwise the game itself is good. Edited

This is an updated review from one I posted in 2019. The last time I got a new phone, the game kept crashing. The Zynga team was responsive and tried to help, but problems continued. I played one puzzle, the game would crash. I reopened, and sometimes would have to play again. Now I have switched to a Samsung Galaxy A15. I see my progress has transferred, but have spent 1/2 hour accepting Puzzle Packs I won years ago. Haven't been able to play a single game yet! Edited

I've enjoyed this game for a few years but I'm having trouble starting up the game now. It keeps kicking me out before it begins. Otherwise it is a really great game. I miss playing it. UPDATE: it's been almost a year since I rated this app and the issue has still not been rectified. I've even gotten a brand new phone and tried to upload the game and no change. I really miss my game and am changing my rating because of this issue. Otherwise I love this app.

Was great until something went wrong with the app a few weeks ago. At first, it just wouldn't open. When it did finally open, my profile was completely gone, AND it no longer has an option to log in to my Zinga account. The worst part is that the app cleared out my coin balance. Three weeks ago, I had 2,058 coins. Now I have none, and apparently no ability to change that 0 balance without my profile. :( Sept 26 update: still broken. Still no coins. Even deleting and reinstalling didn't work. Edited
