After years and years, the radar still needs a boatload of work. It doesn't appear that anyone cares to improve it. It's clunky and jumpy and very hard to watch. Smooth it out and I'll step up the stars. Even the radar widget can't keep up and the refresh button doesn't work. Useless. Edited

Hi, in the app, there is a radar layer that has 5-minute step. Switch the layer to radar. Precipitation has a step based on accumulation – either 1 hour or 3 hours – but that’s not radar (it is only based on radar).

Used to really like the app. Paid for premium for a year. After that expired, I considered renewing but notice that the app crashes a lot and doesn't update weather reliably now. Often hangs. Doesn't do well offline either. Not sure if it's recent updates or using the free version, but either way that doesn't sell me on renewing

I really enjoy the paid version of the app but there's a bug that crashes the app when I search for certain cities. Also, there are no states when you search for cities, so you might get six results for the town but not know where it's located until you click on it, if it doesn't crash first. I'll give it another couple of weeks to see if it's fixed before I move on to a new app.

This was advertised as a one-week free trial, but I was billed immediately for the full price and the only cancellation option is after the full year subscription. Edit: I did apply to the Android store for a refund. I was told no, so now I'm stuck with it. As for having activated it at some time in the past, not that I can recall. I'm leaving this review at two stars because there are many useful additions in the premium app. But not enough that I want to pay annually for it. Edited

However, you can cancel your subscription and receive a refund. Please note that you must complete the cancellation and refund process through the store.

If you're not sailing, this is the best of the lot. I travel to some off the grid and and highway locations in a 4WD truck camper. This works very well for me. It has a short learning curve. It give me all the info I require, no matter where in the world I go, without drowning me in useless (to me) parameters and colorful maps. I require temperature if freezing, storm and precipitation levels and wind speed and direction. It does this sophisticated, modest priced package. Bravo, Brava. Edited
