Tried to use this on Pixel 6 Pro, but no videos ever saved. Verified permissions, but kept asking if I wanted to "start" or "cancel" screen recording and when I select start the app crashes. I can touch off of the window and the fairy continues to fly, but no recordings. Unfortunately it's after midnight and I don't have time to figure this out. Waste of 5 dollars.

Ok so i was very excited my daughters first lost tooth and she is all excited. The app is very slow in processing. I took a video before paying for it, and it did not keep the first video. After that it saves super slow and is not very easy to direct the fairy, you need to move your phone around to place or guess where she will be, i messed around with this thing for an hour before just using a 4 second clip that really does not make sense. But im sure my daughter is going to be very happy.

Hi Leslie, we've made some changes since you used the app in 2020. Apps saves much faster. The idea is not to move the phone around, just to stand still and follow the fairy by rotating the camera. You can direct the fairy in our other app: Tooth Fairy CAMERA pro.

the app was brilliant when i used it last month but gone to use it again this month and it's stuck on the permission screen. I really hope this is a glitch as it's a brilliant app. Brings so much joy and excitement to one little ones. Just not to mine on this occasion. I don't know how to reply to you comment but yes about 4-5 times and still no luck. Edited

[email protected] ? You can take a screenshot by pressing Volume Down and Power Button at the same time. On the stuck screen: are there some buttons with text, that you can tap on?

Don't waste your money, app crashes as soon as you complete the video, it then isn't visible in any of my photo, or video folders. I even downloaded the vla or vlc for Android they recommend but no different. I have a Sony XZ I would expect this deveto be supported. Save your money and don't pay for the video feature. Having seen other poor reviews you are asked to mail but when you have one night to capture the magic of the first visit it is no good fixing it after the event. I will message for a refund though. Very very disappointed. Edited

A lot has changed since you wrote this in 2018. The app now requires a modern phone, and unfortunately the Sony XZ is not supported anymore.

Waste of money. I tried the demo and the app seemed to work OK, it was a bit sluggish but I thought it was worth a try. Paid the money and couldn't get it to work thereafter. My phone kept freezing, the fairy wouldn't display, the flash light would turn off. I uninstalled it as soon as my phone came back to life. Really disappointing as it's a nice idea.

Hi Tim, the latest update (1.43) saves much faster. The Google Pixel 2 should be fine for this app. Was it very warm perhaps ? If you want smoother frame rates then on some phones you can decrease the screen resolution in settings/display. This can make a big difference on slower phones. Hope you'll give this latest update a second chance.
