It's a complete fake, answers don't line up with methods that are practiced today, errors everywhere, not accurate information bank on what will be tested on the NCLEX-PN. DO NOT BUY THIS, NOT WORTH IT!! Edited

I like the paractice questions with a clear rationale for each answer. The app is good i could monitor my progress easily and review my mistakes . I hope i could pass my exam

This is a generally very helpful app, except for some questions' correct answers as: intervention for a manic patient with a hike (?); repositioning a patient before verifying their identity (another option) when giving insulin; or using a sterile pad when removing IV to manage skin pull not infection risk (implying sterility is optional), etc. Since this app is intended to help prep students for NCLEX-RN exam, we presume correct answers are valid thus informative/instructive.
