I have emailed you in Facebook many times and have never gotten anything but an automated message back stating you are investigating my issue and I never hear anything after. So I give up on even trying. Have also noticed that the more coins I purchase, the crappier my hands will be. Will maybe get one hand out of 10 that im supposed to win something but there's always another player that wins more points and the person losing doesn't have enough points to cover their loss. Im trying to figure out how to play the game, it seems fun but i just suck and lose a lot without a chance to practice. I bought some money to play with but it bumped me up in minimum bets so high that i can only play 2 hands and lose half of everything so im changing tables every other game cause i suck and i cant get better without playing more games. Dont bother spending money in the game unless youre good, it will just go in the trash

I love the game, but it does seem a little manipulated when it comes to certain aspects. Also, how can someone rebuy in at less then the table that they're at and if they lose, they lose only the amount they rebought in but when they win, they win the full amount. That's really unfair to the rest of the players. Also, my game has frozen twice. The first time I reported and they didn't get back to me until 2 days later and wanted to know the date and time it froze.. I don't know the time.. wasted Edited

DO NOT DOWNLOAD!! Almost no or little way to earn free coins. Lose more than you win. When u lose, u lose 100% but when u win, 10% is taken out to a "piggy" bank which forces u to pay more money to get it back, if not it resets after 20 minutes and your winnings are lost forever. It's not to enhance gameplay as the developers claim but anither cheap way for u to continue paying money into this game!!!! Edited

the game stalls when you play high stakes and makes you lose... yet it runs smoothly on low stakes free games. seems like the developers is purposely making you lose so you buy in more to play. Also.. zero tech support - non-existent customer/consumer assistance. Even the reply on the review is automated. This game is pretty much a scam. Edited
