I tried to send feedback in the app but the help function doesn't work right. More and more the creators do not know their alphabet and do not but the answers in alphabetical order. This causes great frustration when trying to resolve and causes having to use coins to figure out the answer when the real problem is the answers are not in alphabetical order as they should be and are supposed to be. This distracts from the relaxation of the game as advertised.

After the new update, the ads are insufferable. Not only are they after every puzzle solve, most of them are "instant install" so if you touch your screen anywhere, even just to try to back out, it takes you to the Play Store. The auto-generated/AI/generic response in the reviews is no help either. It's not even fun to play anymore with all the ads. Now the malware is preventing me from even playing, I wish there was a way to add pics to the reviews. Edited

Fun game, played for a week or two. Ads every level and for boosters is expected and fine, but I draw the line having to locate and silence a tiny thumbnail ad as it interrupts my level, often popping up behind the stationary ad at the bottom so I can't get to it. No thank you, uninstalled.

UPDATE: Ths issue has been resolved. Original Review: level 2389 is unplayable. I used the hint and the puzzle requires letters that are not in the letter bank. (Ex: "platel" are the letters to choose from but when I use a hint, the word of the puzzle start with a "c". Can't move forward. probably gonna delete it at this point. used the contact form to report the issue and it gives an error message. Edited

this game can be fun, but it gets to a point where you start losing all agency & have to engage with almost every new thing it offers, preventing you from playing until you do. all the while, it advertises other games to play instead between your sessions in this game. this combo was enough to make me decide to leave this game & go play the ones it advertised so much.
