When you download the app you are presented with a planed face. Awesome, love it. With the free version you can click on the Loomis ball and have access to that. Also great. However once you click that Loomis ball you can't get the planed head back without deleting and reinstalling the app; At least in my case. I'd love to be able to feely switch between the 2 so that I know I'll get enough value from the app before paying for full access

Very interesting and I think perfect as a guide for lighting and shadows. Personally tho what I would love to see is some basic expressions on the step by step models, or the ability to move the mouth to open as well as maybe allowing the eyes to be moved in different directions. For what it is I love it but a little more customizability would be wonderful.

Thank you for the review. Expressions for the step by step models will arrive in the next couple of months. Creating your own custom expression (eyes, jaw, eyebrows, etc) is available on iOS, I still need to port it to Android. Thank you for using the app.

The app is really basic and everything (I mean EVERYTHING) is behind a really steep pay wall. More varied lighting or presets would be nice, as well as neutralized environmental lights (I can see the colored light being an issue for new artists who can't read value well yet). So I think it needs to include the basic head variations and drop the price by, like, 80% to make it of value. But it's a nice idea.

Hi, thanks for the review. I understand the disappointment. Unfortunately it takes a lot of time and money to create the application therefore I am unable to give it away for cheaper. As the content increases over time you might find it worth it in the future.

I love this app. I purchased the lifetime membership as it's honestly 100% worth it, and relatively inexpensive. I feel like it's important to support developers who make these kind of useful, non-gimmicky art tools. You can tell Wes really cares. Edit: I'm adjusting my review in light of the new update. I am so impressed by the new expression tool; it's a game changer for drawing expressions from multiple angles. This app was already more than worth it, but now it's a must have for me! Edited

Highly useful app and imo worth paying for. I don't have to spend so much time looking up photo references of exact poses I need. Poly models have more customizability than realistic models so I tend to use those the most, but new customization options are being added all the time. /// Edit 2025: Seems like every time I use the app there are new features that weren't there before :) I hope lots of folks are supporting this app, because I would be very sad to see it abandoned.
