This app is terrible. I actually purchased the Pro Edition because I thought the benefits would be outstanding. This has been nothing short of a total disappointment. The tool does not work most of the time. If you are recording short session (less than 1/2 hour) it works some of the time. If you sessions are longer (45 minutes and up), it does not work at all. It will record but then fails every time it tries to process the audio. I am now without notes for several important meetings.

I was so excited for this app and unfortunately took a chance on the paid version after it successfully summarized one of my smaller audio files. But my larger files were unsuccessful, the first few loading to 25% and stopping due to a "slow internet connection" (has never been a problem). My final attempt got to 99% and then failed again, so I tried to tap the contact customer support tab, and the page said "failed to load" every single time... Do not recommend.

Only one recording allowed for the free plan. To record more you have to get pro (79.99 per year or 8.99 a week) That's... crazy. But you are able to download the summaries, the audio, etc. onto your phone. You'd then have to delete the recording in order to make a new one. Long story short, this app isn't for you if you aren't willing to pay, or if you find it tedious to organize the audios, summaries, and transcripts you download outside of the app.

It’s a good AI. However, after I downloaded the app and started to feel comfortable using it, it kept forcing me to upgrade to the “Pro version.” Even though I kept exiting the offer and tapping “Record Audio” to continue my task, it wouldn’t allow me to proceed. The upgrade offer kept popping up repeatedly and prevented me from continuing. I uninstalled it without hesitation.

Completely failed to produce anything from a clear sound file, other than what appeared to be a string of excuses: 'finishing off', 'polishing results' 'just wait a moment' etc., each stage going to 100% only after repeated pressing of the 'Try Again' button. I'm the end it was easier to play the sound file and type it out myself. V disappointed with what I thought would be a great and useful tool. ☹️
