Latest release is filled with bugs, links that don't work, and occasional crashes. It looks great, but doesn't work nearly as well as the previous version. The new advertisements are annoying as well. Update Nov. 2024 - App seems to work better, but the pop up ads with audio make the app unusable in places where you don't want to make noise. It would be great to have a paid version to get rid of the ads. Edited

Terrible new version on android! I had to uninstall it a few times. The level of advertisement is unbearable and intrusive. For instance the app listens to private conversations. I couldn't believe it at the beginning. it is so slow that I'm better to go straight to the website and watch the news there.... is there a pilot on the plane?? too bad, I love A7. something has to be done. Awful since update. Looks fresh but news brief don't load. Go back to previous version until you work out the bug. This should not be a problem with an updated app. Will get my israel news elsewhere until this is fixed. UPDATE:as suggested by another review, deleted app and reinstalled and works well. But too many ads that distract the user. Edited

They need to remove the ads to make this usable or at least let us pay a small amount to do that. Also get rid of the intrusive microphone permission. I've tested the app with ads blocked and it performs fine. Otherwise not. What's the point if it distracts from the apps purpose!
