No ads, runs well, cheats work - the only difference between this and the pro version is certain, more advanced features, and customization for the UI - which I found hasn't inconvienced my gameplay at all. I'm heavily planning to get the Pro version for the UI customization once I can, and I love how even the basic version doesn't feel frustrating to use, so I want to support the developers as well.

For the average consumer, Pizza Boy is the best option. It has the highest performance, and ease of use. However, features such as color correction, UI and button skins, and per game settings are locked behind a paywall. MyBoy was abandoned in 2017, and is prone to critical errors (such as loss of saves) on modern hardware. RetroArch is a powerhouse, featuring in-depth filter customization, but it's UI is difficult to learn. Lemuroid is a slightly weaker RetroArch that was designed for human use Edited

So far, it's been great. I've only tried Castlvania Aria of Sorrow and Splinter Cell. They both run great. I only have one issue, and it is the controls. The controls are a bit too high on the screen, and it leads to a lot of missed button presses. If they could find a way to refine the controls, it would be almost perfect.

This emulator is honestly amazing. I've been using it for Pokemon Emerald and a couple different ROMs. I'm playing one right now that turns Pokemon Emerald into Pokemon X. Not only does it have exactly what I want, but it's also adless! there are only a few things that require the pro version for, but those aren't important if you just wanna play some GBA games.

Great app and I would definitely pay for the full version however this app is not compatible with retroachievements hard core mode and there is no indication that their paid version has the updates required by retroachievements. If you're looking for something to play gameboy advance games on, this is excellent. If you're looking for something to complete on retroachievements with, look elsewhere Update: looks like it has been updated for retroachievements! Thank you for the guidance Edited

It should have been included into the list of emulators compatible with hardcore mode. Please try to clear the retroachievements cache (check into advanced menu)
