Won something with the free tickets that are provided for new players. I was extremely skeptical of the 40 dollar price tag for shipping, but after stewing over it for a day I bit the bullet and gave it a try. With the extra plays that came with that 40 dollars I won 3 more big items and came out with at least double the value of what I put into it. A machine malfunctioned during one of the wins but the staff were quick to respond to my message about it and get my prize. Edit: I've been playing this and Toreba for a few days now and this is the only one of the two who's given me tracking information for my prizes, so at least I know that expensive shipping is going to were it should. If the shipping costs were lower this would easily be a five star app, let's hope they lower it in the future. Edit2: As soon as I submitted the previous edit, Toreba sent me tracking info. 🤣 Still, Crane Master was much faster about actually sending out the prizes. Final edit: My prizes arrived 4 days after winning them. I was expecting it to take much longer, so the quick shipping is greatly appreciated. One toy arrived in damaged packaging and appears to have already been that way before they shipped it, but the toy itself is still in in perfect shape. Edited

Win rate has only slowed since release, making things increasingly frustrating and difficult to go back to after sinking lots of money into it. I'm an above-average to a relatively skilled player, and there is no beating local venues that do it better. Each play is an average of $2, but you may be spending more or less depending on the prize. The pricier it is, the more difficult. Also, PLEASE NOTE that you need 2 prizes to ship (maybe just with a free ticket?). Had to spend another 30 to do it.

With the free play I actually won a prize. However, to have it shipped I needed to spend the $45 to get the shipping tickets and 4000 or so points. I was wary at first but after reading the reviews, I decided to take a chance. With the points, I was able to get 4 additional figures and I used my shipping ticket to have them shipped. Majority of the negative reviews are people who did not think the whole process through. Paying less than 5000 yen, you won't get your money's worth.

Overall, decent with different claw variations. Similar to Toreba, but different variety of prizes (some are the same). Biggest issue is random starts when viewing machines; happened three times, but they were quick to refund. Cheapest purchase is pretty high at about $38 CAD, but does allow for a reasonable amount of attempts. I notice they rig some games for easier wins - mixed feelings on that, but guess it's nice for the winner. Have yet to win a prize, so can't comment on quality. Edited

Good fun playing it to kill time. Easy to control, easy to play. There's also a good variety of prizes to be won, from soft toy to household products! I also like how it gives you free coin when you log in. I guess if they could give 1 free play per day (too greedy?) or per week, it would have been a 5star game for me. Haha
