Measures speed of finger motion following target on screen. Not good for fast objects from 15m - 20m away, or for ball velocity measurements. Better for bigger slower and more distant objects rather than a football, soccer, or baseball. Edited

Distance minimum is 2 whole meters this basically limits the possibilitys of use, not to mention makes testing it without rigging movement or waiting for traffic or people to run/fight prooves implausible. Addverts at inconvenient moments.

Useless. Need distances to be known and you need to manually track target with cursor. Too awkward to be practical.
