Definitely a fun time waster. Literally the 9nly thing keeping this from being a 5 star game for me is the lack of information for stat and 'class' requirements to evolve the staff. Also lacks a list of different staff positions so I dunno if I've unlocked all of them or if there are more secret positions (for example script writer) available. All that being said if you enjoy management/Sim games this is a fun one.

It's good, but it gets very repetitive and grindy. I quit halfway through because it became dull. What's the point of having hundreds of different combinations that all feel the same because of the gameplay loop? I wish I could run my TV studio the way I want instead of being forced into the monotonous loop of grinding stats and staying afloat.

A fun game, as with every Kairosoft title. However, during the tutorial of sorts where you had to place items your set was compatible with, I got stuck in a loop where no matter what I did, I couldn't complete the set as I ran out of funds trying to place what it told me, but it told me to place and then destroy and then replace and then destroy again.

Starts out fun and promising only to turn into a slog near the end when going for completion + high stats. Your shows barely make enough money to fund late game progression, and you will inevitably spam "part time job" over and over until your employees' energy depletes so you can scout and train a single time—and then do it again. Despite having a few more mechanics and very similar gameplay to the original Game Dev Story, this one just isn't as good. Maybe in the second playthrough. Edited

Kairosoft games are so addicting and worth their price usually! I was having a blast and made it to year 14 before the game froze and temporarily bricked my phone (pixel pro 7) until I forcibly powered off. When I try to open the game now, it says "an error occurred" and closes out. I cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled, and restarted my phone. It still won't let me past the error screen. Please help! Edited
