This app is a total disaster. They completely destroyed the wishlist, so good luck remembering everything you had saved in that. All of your purchased books show up individually, with no option to group them together by series. And each item is massive on the screen so if you want to find something at the end of the list, you have to scroll endlessly. They needed to work on this app more before releasing. I assume this will receive major updates soon, I will update my review then.

The app is functional if you only have a few series/ books but for a regular reader its not. There is a reason Nook, Kindle, and every other book app groups series. Its not cool to be different when it hinders consumers. And this is minor but I keep accidentally refreshing the page because I think I'm missing a portion on top. I've never been more regretful about having a huge library on one app. And there's no moving it to another app. At least I can still read in the old app. Edited

The new Bookwalker app is a complete mess. No ability to group by series, so large libraries are basically unusable. Finding other volumes or chapters you own to buy sequels is a pain, and there’s no easy way to see reading progress. No online reading at all. Even worse, there’s no simple way to switch between light novel and manga versions on the store page. Honestly, it feels like a downgrade in every way.

My experience so far: not a great app in general. There's no efficient way to go through your library or the site, you can't create bookshelves anymore to organize your library, and while you are able to transfer your pre-orders you will have to prepay for them. Honestly the original Bookwalker app, while it wasn't perfect, was a lot better. Edited

The new app is terrible - there's no way to download directly on the app (which was my favorite way to read, especially when traveling/with spotty internet). The lack of bookshelves/organization makes it incredibly difficult to get through my library (and I have a lot in there). I may just stop buying on Bookwalker if the old app goes away.
