I used Zedge for years way back in the early days of smartphones; then I kinda of forgot about it. I was really happy to see that it was still active. They've definitely worked hard on improving the app over the last 2 years to be more user friendly and include more features. Premium is really cheap and definitely worth it. The option to set home and/or lock screen separately for live wallpapers would be nice. Edited

I've been using Zedge for several years across multiple devices. When I would get a new phone, I knew I could log into my account and get all my ringtones back. The app used to work great and I could search for ringtones without issue. Now I only get a connection error that says to try again later. It's been several days but I still can't search for anything. Edited

Zedge fell from grace 📉 It used to be such a great app, but not anymore. I've been using Zedge for around 10 years, and now it's a hot mess. Riddled with ads and a serious lack of new content due to extremely harsh upload policies. You're better off manually downloading mp3 files to trim for your own custome ringtones at this point. The app does not function without internet, which is a problem because the app was designed to get you to tap on an ad by accident. When you tap on a sound or wallpaper to download it, going back to the previous screen plays an ad. The UI will randomly jut upwards or downwards to get you to tap on something you don't want accidentally to get you to go back and watch an ad. A random ad will also pop up as you try to tap something. This app seriously got worse over the years. Do not recommend.

Unfortunately, I have to downgrade my rating of Zedge. I was a user for the last 10 yrs. Makes personal ringtones easy. It offered me a great deal for a lifetime subscription. I tried to change payment method & accidentally hit the back button. That abandoned the play store purchase screen & the deal disappeared. My frustration was only made worse when emailing customer serv. They claimed they couldn't help- Deals are created by the app & they can't control the price. I am removing the app now.
