I paid for the weekly membership to try the app, but I still had limited access. I couldn't do much, very limited access to anything else. and I couldn’t use it because it kept crashing every time I uploaded an image. After 45 minutes of struggling and trying to figure out what the F was going on, I decided to save my time, money, and energy by canceling my subscription. WARNING IS A SCAM! Edited

I subscribed to the yearly plan to explore the platform’s image and video generation services, but it has been a disappointing experience. The credit system lacks transparency, as no daily credits are provided, even for yearly subscribers. Both image and video quality are poor, videos often glitches and failing to download after rendering. Worst of all, customer support is unresponsive.I have repeatedly reached out since subscribing but have yet to receive a single reply. A total waste of money.

I purchased this app a week ago, since I paid yearly I thought it will be unlimited use, but I was trying to check the templates and playing to know how to make some, unfortunately it didn't gave me time to create anything, the info I saved was lost, all black screens, and stated I reached my weekly limit. Then I contacted support by chat, worse service ever, they just sent you a message that you will be contacted in less than 24 hrs, it didn't happen, than I noticed they have email same sh.👎

downloaded the app, purchased the annual subscription it works fine for about a day and then next day it's asking for payment again as if I never purchased. I think it's just a way to get more money out of people. originally the app was $35 for the annual subscription now it's $70. and they're not going to give me a refund they want to give me credits. it was suggested to hit the restore feature on the app which I did it did not work. Should have tried it for free first. Multiple times the app would shut down. I managed to get three tries with it. Lip sync did not work in the first two. The third one was not a lip sink but the pic looked nothing like the great granddaughter I used. I was fed up with it in under an hour. I canceled the subscription and deleted it, and Google said I am not getting a refund for the $74.00 it cost me. I'm done with Google Play!
