I wanted to view my SAT scores, and for some reason, I cant get into the app. No matter how many times I try to reinstall the app from the link sent to my phone number, the app says that an account is already using my phone number. I've tried the recovery email AND contacting support but nothing has worked, and its been an uphill battle when looking up my problem and everything saying that I cant long in without that email. the website is so much better. Feels unnecessary, everything you can do on here you should be able to do in a browser on your computer, but no, you can only check your SAT scores on our special mobile app. That being said, it does function fine and is fortunately pretty low in space which is nice but still kind of annoyed that it's a requirement I keep it around, especially as I use my computer much more for things like school.

Not useful!! Each time you log in, the scores change. Ours has fluctuated by as much as 70 points. There is no help access. If you click on help, documents download to your device REGARDLESS of the devices privacy settings. You will be flooded with hundreds of notifications from colleges. Does what it said it would and told me my PSAT score, but no other functions work well. I reviewed 1 notification at the end of the week that I got 132 messages and didn't receive information about a single one of them! When I checked the app, I can see the messages on the first page, but not on the actual page made for messages. When I press "See more" it won't work either so I can only access 20 of the messages.

Will not allow me to log in, I type in my phone number and then the code recieved but it just gives the error code "There was a problem contacting the server." This has been ongoing since I first got the app and has persisted up to this point. I have tried to use it not only on my phone, but also my mother's phone and yet the problem still wasn't solved regardless of how many times I have restarted, reinstalled, or checked for system updates.
