MASSIVE flaw- does NOT work after phone restarts, requires a login/unlock for the background pingo service to actually start which (almost) defeats the whole purpose of this being an emergency locator service... dumb design. Brought this to developer's attn 3-4 years ago, still nada. And even when it does work, the location updates can be very late/delayed. Edited

It was working great. But recently it has not been syncing with my child's location. And I don't like the way it tracks my daughter's travel history. Rather than it following the actual road routes she took, it just draws a straight line from point A to point B to point C over mountains and valleys and that sort of thing. It doesn't offer the kind of route history I would want to see as a parent. I do enjoy the feature of the obnoxious honking sound to get my daughter's attention. 😂

I installed the app and within minutes, it instantly gave me a headache from stress. It constantly monitors your activities and even listens to your surroundings. That's not for safety that's safety disguised as CONTROL. There are simple emergency features built into phones like SOS that don't invade your privacy like this. If you want to feel watched all the time and lose any sense of freedom, this app is for you.

The app is severely broken and malfunctions at every chance it gets. It'll drain battery several times more quickly when working, and then, when the battery goes below ~50%, it'll shut itself down. A ping sent now could go off now, or in five hours, or any random time between and after, it's purpose is to track locations and stalk, the first being better met by almost every single other app that asks for location settings, and the second not functioning at all on its own in the app.

Horrible app!! When I first got it, it worked ok. Now, I've been having nothing but problems with this app. It's constantly telling me to set up my child's phone when it's already set up, no longer tracks my children's location. In fact, my children are in school now, and it's telling me they're at home. The sound works fine, but that's basically about it. I'm paying for the subscription, and can't even get in contact with a live person to help troubleshoot the issues I'm having. What a joke!
