Loved the game when I first got it. I didn't mind having to wait long periods for materials and for clothes to be done. What got me is how unstable gameplay is. I had a recurring issue where the game would reset back to the beginning time and again. Another issue is that sometimes the game would not open for periods of time. Now it will not open at all. I contacted help and after months (I sent multiple emails that were ignored) the issue is still not resolved. I think it is just time for me to hang it up and delete it for good. Games are supposed to be fun and this one is just stressful. Edited

I'm editing my comment and lowering my rating of this game. Why? Because, I've begun to experience some rather agrivating issues with game play. This game keeps either freezing up, stopping, not responding, kicking me out or not letting me in to play at all. The high the level up I go it happens more frequently. It's becoming a real aggravation, to say the least!! so I just went into the app and ive lost my entire shop. it stated me out all over again at the begining. what gives???

I keep seeing review after review that are mostly all consistently &collectively saying that the game is great &that they were enjoying it quite a lot, if it wasn't constantly crashing. &Other's that are also having similar technical issues within the game at some point. Well, my issue that I'm having is that I can't even get through the full tutorial before it freezes. I only got to the loading screen with the four ladies, &at the bottom it stops at 90% of 100% each time I try reinstalling it.

Cool game but it has been having to many glitches and shutdowns. I'm am very far in the game and progress keeps getting started over then reloads it. Now my whole factory to make stuff is gone. I refuse to start over with this game time and time again. The ratings are starting to go down. I rated this game a 5 b4 now it's a 3 because NANOBIT refuses to fix the problem but they have no problem taking our money for gems needed to play the game. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

I love this game to death, but it started having major glitches, so I deleted it several months ago. At first the game would just close out on me for no reason (which quickly went from every once in a while to every day to every single time I opened the app). Shortly after the game started closing out on me, it began to, temporarily, start my progress over everytime I reopened the game. In which case, It would make go through several steps of the tutorial before the game would restart itself and go back to "normal". Eventually, the game wouldn't even open. It would close out as soon as the loading screen appeared. Edited
